Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Custom-stitched or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Request a Return

Email us at support@kjpixel.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.

Pickup / Shipping

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or provide shipping instructions.

Inspection

Our quality team will inspect the item within 48 hours of receiving it at our warehouse.

Refund/Exchange

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund including shipping costs.
